LINCOLN COUNTY DENTAL CLINIC'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO DENTAL CARE TO ADULTS AND CHILDREN WHO LIVE AT OR BELOW 150 PERCENT OF THE FEDERAL POVERTY LEVEL AND HAVE NO DENTAL HOME.
