AFTER CONSTRUCTION OF THE ROCKPORT PUBLIC LIBRARY BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS, THE PURPOSE OF THE ROCKPORT LIBRARY FOUNDATION SHALL BE TO RAISE FUNDS FOR SUPPOR OF OPERATIONS, MAINTENANCE OF BUILDINGS AND IMPOROVEMENTS AND THE RESOURCES OF THE LIBRARY.
