THE CORPORATION IS ENGAGED IN GROUNDFISHING UNDER NORTHEAST MULTI-SPECIES FISHERY MANAGEMENT PLAN (GROUND FISH FMP), AMENDMENT 16 TO THE GROUNDFISH FMP (AMENDMENT 16), AND THE REGULATIONS IMPLEMENTING THE FMP, A SELF SELECTING COOPERATIVE OR SECTOR.
