AIRCRAFT ACQUISITION AND REPLACEMENT PARTS;2. SPECIALIZED MEDICAL EQUIPMENT USED ON LOM HELICOPTERS, THE AIRPLANE, AND SPECIALIZED GROUND VEHICLES;3. EMERGENCY AVIATION INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS SUCH AS HOSPITAL HELIPADS, AUTOMATED WEATHER SYSTEMS, AND LOW-LEVEL INSTRUMENT FLIGHT INFRASTRUCTURE; AND,4. SUPPORT FOR LIFEFLIGHT'S EDUCATION PROGRAMS, SUCH AS THE CRITICAL CARE ACADEMY AND HIGH-FIDELITY MEDICAL SIMULATION PROVIDED BY LOM TO PHYSICIANS, PHYSICIAN EXTENDERS, NURSES, PARAMEDICS, AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIANS THROUGHOUT THE STATE.
