PHG ELIMINATES BLIGHTED VACANT HOUSES BY RENOVATING AND OCCUPYING THEM FOR HOMEOWNER OCCUPANCY AS A MEANS OF STABILIZING AND REVITALIZING DETERIORATED BALTIMORE NEIGHBORHOODS. IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION HIRES DISADVANTAGED ADULTS FOR ENTRY LEVEL CONSTRUCTION JOBS BY CARRYING OUT INTERIOR DEMOLITION FOR THE ORGANIZATION'S OWN PROJECTS.

TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO LOW INCOME STUDENTS IN GRADES K-8 TO ATTEND THE SCHOOL THEIR PARENTS CHOOSE.
