RENTAL OF 24 LIVING UNITS TO SENIOR CITIZENS AT BELOW MARKET RENTS.RENTAL OF 4 LIVING UNITS TO MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES, THAT HAVE FINANCIAL NEED, AT BELOW MARKET RENTS.

TO PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO QUALIFIED DISABLED PERSONS. CURRENTLY THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES ONE PROGRAM,FINANCED UNDER HUD SECTION 811 AND RENTAL ASSISTANCE UNDER HUD SEC. 8 RENTAL ASSISTANCE.

IF A GRANT OR DISTRIBUTION IS TO BE GIVEN TO AN ORGANIZATION THAT IS NOT WITHIN THE UNITED STATES, INQUIRIES WILL BE MADE TO VERIFY THE ORGANIZATION IS RECOGNIZED AS A TAX-EXEMPT CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION UNDER THE LAWS OF THE COUNTRY IT IS OPERATING WITHIN, AND THE COMPLIANCE TO MAINTAIN THAT STATUS.
