JULIES FAMILY LEARNING PROGRAMS MISSION IS TO BREAK THE CYCLE OFPOVERTY AMONG LOW-INCOME, AT-RISK FAMILIES BY PROVIDING SERVICES THAT ENABLE ADULT LEARNERS AND THEIR CHILDREN TO BECOME HEALTHY, RESPONSIBLE AND SUCCESSFUL AT LIFE AND SELF SUFFICIENT.

The goal of this organization are the organizations whose primary purpose is consultation, training, and other forms of management and administrative support services to nonprofit groups within the International, Foreign Affairs, and National Security major group area.

Also included are social clubs that provide opportunities for people to meet and socialize with their peers at dances, parties, picnics, barbecues and other companionable events; and special interest clubs which enable people to share hobbies or other interests with individuals with those same interests.

Because of their endowments, they are focused primarily on grantmaking and generally do not actively raise funds or seek public financial support. These are the most common type of private foundation. They are generally endowed, usually from a single individual or family. These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.
