THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND SERVICES TO THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE FOUNDATION BOARD. THE FOUNDATION BOARD MEMBERS ARE ALSO MEMBERS OF THE BOARDS OF THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS TO ENSURE THAT ALL ACTIVITIES DIRECTLY FURTHER THE EXEMPT PURPOSES OF THOSE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS.

The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).

MISSION:

The goal of this organization are the private foundations that make grants based on charitable endowments. Because of their endowments, they are focused primarily on grantmaking and generally do not actively raise funds or seek public financial support.
