IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ACCA TO OVERSEE THE OPERATION, CARE, UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE OF THE COMMON AREAS AND THE INFRASTRUCTURE AS DEFINED BY THE DECLARATION.
