THE ATTLEBORO CORPORATE CENTER ASSOCIATION, INC (ACCA) WAS ORGANIZED TO BE OPERATED AS A COOPERATIVE TO MANAGE THE PUBLIC UTILITIES INCLUDING THE ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE MEMBERS OF THE ACCA. ALL OWNERS OF REAL ESTATE LOCATED IN THE ATTLEBORO CORPORATE CENTER ARE SUBJECT TO THE AUTHORITY OF THE ACCA. PURSUANT TO THE BY-LAWS AND THE AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF EASEMENTS (DECLARATION), THE MEMBERS ELECTED A BOARD OF DIRECTORS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ACCA TO OVERSEE THE OPERATION, CARE, UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE OF THE COMMON AREAS AND THE INFRASTRUCTURE AS DEFINED BY THE DECLARATION.

MISSION:

READING OWLS INTERNATIONAL IS COMMITTED TO INCREASING THE LITERACY LEVELS OF JAMAICAN SCHOOL-AGED CHILDREN. WE PROVIDE BOOKS AND LEARNING RESOURCES AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS TO EXPAND EXISTING LIBRARIES OR TO CREATE NEW ONES.

TO ASSURE MAXIMUM BENEFIT TO STUDENTS ENTERING THE WORKPLACE THE PARTNERSHIP ALSO EDUCATES EMPLOYERS ON HOW TO WORK SUCCESSFULLY WITH YOUNG ADULTS. THESE SERVICES HELP STUDENTS TO SEE THE CONNECTION BETWEEN WHAT THEY ARE LEARNING IN SCHOOL AND THE SKILLS THEY WILL NEED FOR SUCCESSFUL EMPLOYMENT.

These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.

THE FOUNDATION'S GOAL IS TO ENABLE CHILDREN TO FOLLOW THEIR DREAMS AND MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE BY PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS AND GRANTS, ENCOURAGING ACTS OF KINDNESS, AND SUPPORTING THE CAUSES THAT WERE MOST IMPORTANT TO OLIVIA: CHILDREN'S WELFARE, PROTECTING ANIMALS, AND EDUCATION.
