ELECTRICITY IS DELIVERED ON A COOPERATIVE BASIS THROUGH THE ALLOCATION OF PATRONAGE CAPITAL. TODAY, BLUE GRASS ENERGY SERVES APPROXIMATELY 62,000 CONSUMERS IN 23 KENTUCKY COUNTIES.
