THE DHDC WILL WORK TO PREVENT THE DETERIORATION AND ENHANCE THE VIABILITY OF THE COMMUNITY'S CULTURAL CENTERS, HISTORICAL LANDMARKS AND PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE IMPORTANT TO THE COMMUNITY'S ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL WELL-BEING.
