WE ALSO PROVIDE COOK COUNTY ADULT PROBATION TREATMENT SERVICES, IDOC REENTRY TRANSITIONAL SERVICES, 6TH DISTRICT FAMILY COURT REUNIFICATION, EMERGENCY SERVICES FOR HOMELESS PREVENTION AND HOUSING STABILIZATION, AND CERTIFIED MEDICAID AND SSI/SSDI BENEFIT APPLICATION SERVICES, HEALTH INSURANCE SERVICES, HOUSING AND CREDIT COUNSELING, CHILD WELFARE -DCFS CONTINUITY OF CARE, COOK COUNTY COURT-COMMUNITY SERVICE, AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT.
