THE WHITESIDE COUNTY DWELLINGS UPGRADE ASSOCIATION (WCDUA) ASSISTS IN PROVIDING AND MAINTAINING SAFE AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR LOW AND MIDDLE-INCOME FAMILIES. SUCH PROJECTS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: CEDAR WOODS, STER-LYNN, ROCK FALLS ELDERLY LIVING CENTER AND TWO LOCAL HOUSES. WCDUA HAS ALSO HELPED GET THE FOLLOWING PROJECTS STARTED: CROWNE HILL, WHISPERING WINDS, AND GREEN VIEW APARTMENT COMPLEXES.
