EMERGENCY SERVICES TO THE CITY OR PERU PERU TOWNSHIP AND DIMMICK TOWNSHIP

Because of their endowments, they are focused primarily on grantmaking and generally do not actively raise funds or seek public financial support. These are the most common type of private foundation. They are generally endowed, usually from a single individual or family. Private foundations are considered family foundations if relatives or the original donor are still active on the board of trustees or in the operation of the foundation.

MISSION:

PROVIDE 911 TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES TO LOCAL GOVERNMENT MUNICIPILATIES AND FIRE DISTRICTS. ILLLINOIS STATE LAW REQUIRED THIS ACTION BASED ON ILLINOIS PUBLIC ACT 99-0006. TOTAL POPLULATION SERVED IS 40,500. THE ORGANIZATION IS A 24 HOUR OPERATION THAT RECEIVES THE SERVICE POPULATIONS 911 CALLS AND FACILITATES THE RESPONSE OF THE PROPER EMERGENCY SERVICE.

LLINOIS VALLEY ANIMAL RESCUE'S MISSION IS TO RESCUE, PROVIDE CARE AND COMFORT FOR ABUSED, NEGLECTED AND HOMELESS ANIMALS IN THE ILLINOIS VALLEY AREA THROUGH A CARE CENTER, FOSTER HOMES AND VETERINARIAN SOURCES. TO PROMOTE RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERSHIP THROUGH SPAY/NEUTER AND ANIMAL BEHAVIOR EDUCATION. TO UNITE THE ANIMALS WE CARE FOR WITH PEOPLE WHO NEED THE LOVE AND COMFORT THE APPROPRIATE PET CAN BRING THEM.

The goal of this organization is to develop, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing that is available to people who qualify on the basis of income, age or disability for publicly subsidized housing e.g., HUD housing or housing assistance under Section 8 of the Housing and Urban Development Act.

The goal of this organization is the operation of a symphony orchestra including youth symphonies.

The goal of this organization is to provide instruction in the basic lifesaving techniques that are used in the administration of emergency assistance to individuals who have been injured prior to the arrival of trained medical personnel. Includes CPR instruction and instruction in techniques for relieving an individual who is choking.
