TO PROMOTE EDUCATION IN THE CLINTON COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT BY PROVIDING TEACHER GRANTS FOR EDUCATIONAL SUPPLIES AND TOOLS, PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS FOR COLLEGE, AND FUNDING DUAL CREDIT COLLEGE CLASSES FOR SCHOOL DISTRICT STUDENTS.
