THE ORGANIZATION IS REGISTERED UNDER THE NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS EXCLUSIVELY FOR RELIGIOUS AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES. ITS PRIMARY GOAL IS TO FUNCTION AS A COORDINATOR FOR VARIOUS ZARATHUSHTI ORGANIZATIONS IN NORTH AMERICA.

Because of their endowments, they are focused primarily on grantmaking and generally do not actively raise funds or seek public financial support.
