THE BCA BELIEVES THAT IT IS THROUGH THE EFFORTS OF A STRONG, PROFESSIONAL BUILDING INDUSTRY, THAT THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY FOR QUALITY, AFFORDABLE HOUSING CAN BE MET.
