THE ACVB WILL SEEK TO ACQUIRE GROUPS THAT WILL HAVE CITY WIDE IMPACT AND THE POTENTIAL TO RETURN TO AMES ON A REGUALR BASIS AND THAT WILL STRENGTHEN OCCUPANCY IN HISTORICALLY SOFT BUSINESS PERIODS.
