THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BUILDING AND OPERATING A MULTIFAMILY RENTAL HOUSING PROJECT KNOWN AS "GENTIAN OAK APARTMENTS- AND ANY OTHER PROJECTS AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MAY DETERMINE TO BE IN THE CORPORATION'S BEST INTEREST.

TO RECEIVE AND ADMINISTER FUNDS AND OPERATE EXLUSIVELY FOR RELIGOUS, CHARTABLE, SCIENTIFIC, LITERARY, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. AMONG THESE PURPOSES IS PIONEERING NEW TEEN CHALLANGE CENTERS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD TO PROMOTE FELLOWSHIP AND COMMUNICATION.

TEEN ADVISORS, INC. IS A PEER COUNSELING MINISTRY OF TEENAGERS. THEY COUNSEL TEENAGERS ON THE VARIOUS PEER PRESSURES THEY ARE FACING AND ALSO HOLD PANEL DISCUSSIONS AT THE LOCAL AREA MIDDLE SCHOOLS AND HIGH SCHOOLS.
