THE GEORGIA SOCCER DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO PROMOTE HEALTHY HABITS BY FACILITATING A VARIETY OF SPORTS PROGRAMS FOR THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, PROVIDE A FAMILY-FRIENDLY AND SAFE LOCATION FOR SPORTS PROGRAMS, CONTRIBUTE TO THE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF YOUTH AND ADULTS IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY THROUGH THE EXPERIENCES AND LEASSONS LEARNED THROUGH SPORTS, CREATE OPPORTUNITY AND SUPPORT FOR LOCAL PROGRAMS BY DONATING FIELD AND CLASSROOM SPACE FOR THEIR USE, GENERATE A POSITIVE ECONOMIC IMPACT IN THE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING JOBS WHEN EVENTS ARE HOSTED AT GSP, AND SERVE AS A MODEL FOR OTHER SPORTS PARKS WANTING TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN HIGH QUALITY SPORTS FIELDS IN A SUSTAINABLE FASHION.

OPERATING FOXWOOD SPRINGS SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY LOCATED AT 1500 W. FOXWOOD DRIVE, RAYMORE, MISSOURI 64083 IN THE KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI METROPOLITAN AREA (THE COMMUNITY) WHICH PROVIDES PERSONS 55 AND OLDER WITH A CONTINUUM OF CARE INCLUDING INDEPENDENT LIVING, ASSISTED LIVING, MEMORY CARE, AND SKILLED NURSING CARE. THE COMMUNITY HAS 127 APARTMENTS, 77 EQUITY HOMES, AND 169 GARDEN HOMES, ALL OF WHICH ARE DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR OLDER ADULTS, A SKILLED NURSING FACILITY WITH 108 LICENSED SKILLED BEDS (58 FOR LONG-TERM CARE, 30 FOR ALZHEIMER'S AND 20 DEDICATED TO SHORT-TERM REHAB STAYS), AND A 42 BED ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY.

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE GRANTS TO COVER BASIC LIVING EXPENSES, CARE-RELATED TRAVEL EXPENSES, AND FUNERAL EXPENSES FOR THOSE WHO MEET THE DEFINED CRITERIA.

OUR BACKGROUNDS AND INTERESTS ARE DIVERSE, BUT WE ARE BOUND TOGETHER BY OUR SHARED VALUES AND A DESIRE TO HAVE FUN, DO GOOD AND BUILD RELATIONSHIPS THAT CAN LAST A LIFETIME.
