THIS ORGANIZATION WILL INTERVENE WHEN NEEDEDBY PROVIDING DIRECT CASH GRANTS TO AVERT CRISES AND FACILITATE REHABILITATION. IN THE EVENT OF ITS DISSOLUTION THE DIRECTORS WILL, AFTER CLEARING ALL DEBTS, DISTRIBUTE ALL REMAINING ASSETS TO OTHER 501(C)(3) RECOGNIZED CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS WITH SIMILAR GOALS.
