THE FOP JIM FOGLEMAN LODGE #50 FOUNDATION INCORPORATED IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES, INCLUDING, FOR SUCH PURPOSES, THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS DESCRIBED UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, OR CORRESPONDING SECTION OF ANY FUTURE TAX CODE.

MISSION:

OUR MISSION IS TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF PEOPLE WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND TO ACTIVELY SUPPORT THEIR FULL INCLUSION AND PARTICIPATION IN THE COMMUNITY THROUGHOUT THEIR LIFETIMES.

MISSION:

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES FOR HOMELESS UNITED STATES VETERANS: (1) TRANSITIONAL HOUSING (2) ASSISTANCE WITH FOOD AND HOUSING, AS WELL AS, EMOTIONAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT AND AFTERCARE SERVICES. (3) HALFWAY HOME FOR HOMELESS VETERANS RECENTLY RELEASED FROM THE WEST PALM BEACH MEDICAL CENTER. (4) SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR VETERAN FAMILIES (SSVF), PROVIDING A RANGE OF SUPPORTIVE SERVICES TO ELIGIBLE VETERAN FAMILIES THAT ARE DESIGNED TO PROMOTE HOUSING STABILITY AMOUNG VERY-LOW INCOME VETERAN FAMILIES WHO RESIDE IN OR ARE TRANSITIONING TO PERMANENT HOUSING, AS WELL AS VETERANS AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS.

FLORIDA OUTREACH CENTER FOR THE BLIND IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED TO RAISE FUNDS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE VISUALLY IMPAIRED PEOPLE, TRAINING IN VARIOUS INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS IN A FULL-SERVCE TRAINING FACILITY
