WE ARE A PART OF THAT SOCIAL MOVEMENT IN SOUTH FLORIDA AND STRIVE TO SUPPORT ORGANIZING THROUGH OUR VARIED AND OFTEN INNOVATIVE LEGAL WORK.

VOICES FOR CHILDREN SHALL PROVIDE A BEACON OF HOPE FOR ABUSED, ABANDONED, AND NEGLECTED CHILDREN AND YOUTH IN THE MIAMI-DADE COUNTY FOSTER CARE SYSTEM. WE WILL DO THIS BY PROVIDING CRITICAL SUPPORT FOR ADVOCACY, ESSENTIAL NEEDS AND POSITIVE EXPERIENCES SO ALL CHILDREN AND YOUTH CAN THRIVE.

WE AMELIORATE BARRIERS TO PRIMARY CARE BY EXPANDING MEDICAL CARE SERVICES TO REACH LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITY TO PAY. WE PROVIDE PRIMARY MEDICAL CARE, WELL CHILD VISITS INCLUDING IMMUNIZATIONS, STD/HIV SCREENING AND TREATMENT, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AND HIV PREVENTION SERVICES TO LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS WITH A SERVICE DELIVERY MODEL THAT ASSURES THE INTEGRATION OF ENABLING SERVICES INCLUDING CASE MANAGEMENT, OUTREACH, TRANSPORTATION, ON-SITE PHARMACY, AND ACCESS TO A CONTINUUM OF CARE AND SPECIAL CARE SERVICES.

PENINSULA HOUSING DEVELOPMENT, INC. XV IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION INCORPORATED UNDER THE LAWS AND STATUTES OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA FOR THE PURPOSE OF DEVELOPING, OWNING, AND OPERATING A HUD 202 PROJECT WHICH PROVIDES AFFORDABLE HOUSING FACILITIES TO THE ELDERLY PERSONS.

COMMUNITY HABILITATION CENTER (CHC) PROVIDES QUALITY PROGRAMS AND SUPPORT TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES IN ORDER FOR THEM TO LEAD MEANINGFUL AND PRODUCTIVE LIVES, EXPLORE THEIR POTENTIAL, DEVELOP A SENSE OF COMMUNITY AND PURSUE INDEPENDENCE AND JOBS, IF FEASIBLE.
