(RCMA) WAS INCORPORATED AS A NON-PROFIT CORPORATION UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADMINISTERING DAY CARE CENTERS AND EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION CENTERS FOR CHILDREN OF MIGRANTS AND OTHER RURAL POOR. RCMA ACHIEVES ITS PURPOSE THROUGH A VARIETY OF PROGAMS FUNDED SUBSTANTIALLY BY STATE AND FEDERAL GRANTS AND INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTORS.
