LATE NIGHT BUS TRANSPORTATION WAS OBTAINED FOR WORKERS WHO TRAVEL TO AND FROM LATE NIGHT JOBS. IT IS PRESENTLY ADDRESSING THE ISSUE OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING. A SUBSTANCE TREATMENT PROGRAM IS ON GOING IN THE COUNTY JAIL & COMMUNITY. IT HAS DOUBLED THE STREET LEVEL NARCOTICS UNITS FOR DESIGNATED AREAS.
