THE ORGANIZATION REPRESENTS EMPLOYERS IN THE INDUSTRY IN LABOR RELATIONS, WHICH INCLUDES NEGOTIATING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS. THE ORGANIZATION SPONSORS A RANGE OF EDUCATION PROGRAMS, MONITORS STATE AND FEDERAL LEGISLATIVE INITIATIVES, AND PROVIDES REPRESENTATION ON INDUSTRY FRINGE BENEFIT FUNDS.
