SIMSBURY PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, INC., THROUGH THE SIMSBURY MEADOWS PERFORMING ARTS CENTER, WILL ENRICH COMMUNITY SPIRIT, QUALITY OF LIFE AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN SIMSBURY AND THE SURROUNDING REGION.

Private foundations are considered family foundations if relatives or the original donor are still active on the board of trustees or in the operation of the foundation.

MISSION:

ENHANCE PUBLIC LIBRARY SERVICES. THE ORGANIZATION RAISES MONEY THROUGH ITS MEMBERSHIP AND USED BOOK SALE TO SUPPORT THE SIMSBURY PUBLIC LIBRARY THROUGH THE PURCHASE OF LIBRARY MATERIALS, SERVICES, EQUIPMENT, FURNITURE AND FIXTURES. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PERIODICALLY RAISES MONEY FOR LIBRARY BUILDING PROGRAMS.

The goal of this organization is to are responsible for the control and extinction of fires; and the inspection of buildings, hillside property and industrial plants to ensure compliance with fire codes.

EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO HOLD TITLE EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAX UNDER 501(C)(2) TO PROPERTY, REAL AND PERSONAL, COLLECT INCOME THEREFROM AND TURN OVER THE ENTIRE AMOUNT THEREOF, LESS EXPENSES TO VALLEY LODGE 36, A.F. & A.M. AS DISTRIBUTEE.

HOPE FLOATS FOUNDATION EMPOWERS HOMETOWN HEROES TO TRANSFORM CHILDREN'S LIVES IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SWIM SCHOOLS, HARNESSING LOCAL GENEROSITY TO INCREASE ACCESS TO SWIMMING LESSONS FOR CHILDREN WITH DEMONSTRATED FINANCIAL NEED.

TO ASSOCIATE & AFFILIATE INTO ONE ORGANIZATION ALL OF THE REPUTABLE DOCTORS OF MEDICINE, ETC. IN THE STATE OF CT WHO ARE ENGAGED IN THE PRACTICE OF, OR ARE OTHERWISE INTERESTED IN THE MEDICAL SPECIALTY OF ANESTHESIOLOGY. TO ENCOURAGE SPECIALIZATION IN THIS FIELD AND IN OTHER WAYS TO MAKE AVAILABLE TO MORE PEOPLE THE BENEFITS TO BE DERIVED FROM THE SERVICES OF QUALIFIED ANESTHESIOLOGISTS; TO RAISE THE STANDARDS OF THE SPECIALTY, BY FOSTERING AND ENCOURAGING RESEARCH AND SCIENTIFIC PROGRESS IN ANESTHESIOLOGY; TO DISSEMINATE INFORMATION IN REGARD TO ANESTHESIOLOGY; TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC AGAINST IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNQUALIFIED PRACTITIONERS OF ANESTHESIOLOGY; TO EDIT AND PUBLISH PUBLICATIONS IN THE FIELD OF ANESTHESIOLOGY AND RELATED FIELDS; TO SAFEGUARD THE INTERESTS OF ITS MEMBERS, AND IN ALL WAYS TO DEVELOP AND FURTHER THE SPECIALTY OF ANESTHESIOLOGY FOR THE GENERAL ELEVATION OF THE STANDARDS OF MEDICAL PRACTICE.

THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO FURTHER THE PURPOSES OF THE DAUGHTERS OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION BY PERPETUATING THE MEMORY AND SPIRIT OF THOSE MEN & WOMEN WHO ACHIEVED AMERICAN INDEPENDENCE BY THE ACQUISITION AND PROTECTION OF HISTORICAL SPOTS & THE ERECTION OF MONUMENTS, ENCOURAGEMENT OF HISTORICAL RESEARCH & PUBLICATION OF ITS RESULTS, THE PRESERVATION OF DOCUMENTS, RELICS AND THE RECORDS OF THE INDIVIDUAL SERVICES OF REVOLUTIONARY SOLDIERS & PATRIOTS & BY THE PROMOTION AND CELEBRATION OF PATRIOTIC ANNIVERSARIES.

PROVIDES YOUTH HOCKEY INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS FOR AREA RESIDENTS INCLUDING OVER 400 PARTICIPANTS FROM AGES 5 TO 18
