CREATION OF NEW PRIMARY JOBS IN THE PUEBLO AREA GENERALLY BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR NEW EMPLOYERS THAT ARE PARTIALLY OR WHOLLY FUNDED BY THE CITY OF PUEBLO'S 1/2 CENT SALES TAX ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FUND.
