Members also participate in camping activities, leadership conferences, awards programs and community service activities.

TO SUPPORT MINISTERS, EVANGELISTS AND STAFF FOR MINISTERING IN SUMMER CRUSADES IN SEVERAL STATES AND FOREIGN COUNTRIES

OUR MISSION IS TO ENCOURAGE POSITIVE MIND AND BODY HEALTH BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITY AND OUTLET FOR YOUNG ATHLETES TO PARTICIPATE IN WATER POLO WITH THE INTENTION THAT THIS SPACE CREATES A HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT FOR YOUNG ATHLETES TO FEEL AND PROCESS DIFFERENT EMOTIONS. OUR VISION IS TO PROVIDE A CONSTRUCTIVE OUTLET FOR YOUTH TO OVERCOME DIFFICULT EMOTIONS IN ORDER TO PROCESS THEM IN A HEALTHY WAY. IN DOING THIS,BIG WAVES INTENDS ON FURTHER IMPACTING LEGISLATION AROUND MENTAL HEALTH AND GUN VIOLENCE.

MISSION:

THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF SENIOR RESOURCES OF BROOMFIELD, INC. IS TO SUPPORT THE MEALS ON WHEELS PROGRAM FOR THE CITY/COUNTY OF BROOMFIELD. IT ALSO SUPPORTS TRANSPORTATION COSTS OF SPECIAL TRIPS FOR SENIORS. THERE IS ALSO A SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR SENIORS WHO CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY, OR NEED SOME ASSISTANCE FOR MEALS ON WHEELS. ABOUT 250 SENIORS ARE ASSISTED WITH SUPPLEMENTAL FUNDS FOR MEALS. THERE IS ALSO A SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR SENIORS WHO ARE IN NEED OF SOME ASSISTANCE WITH MEDICAL AND DENTAL BILLS. TEN OR TWELVE SENIORS A YEAR ARE ASSISTED WITH MEDICAL OR DENTAL BILLS. A SENIOR NEWSLETTER IS PREPARED, PRINTED AND MAILED SIX TIMES A YEAR.

CELEBRATE ARTISTS AND ART THROUGH REGULAR CONCERTS PERFORMANCES IN THE AREAS OF MUSIC DANCE DRAMA AND BALLET. PROVIDE CONSISTENT EXPOSURE TO MUSIC DANCE AND OTHER ART FORMS BY PROVIDING A VENUE FOR THE COMMUNITY TO PARTICIPATE AND FOR PROFESSIONALS TO PERFORM. PRESENT PRE-EMINENT ARTISTS IN THE FIELDS OF FINE ARTS FROM THE INDIAN SUB-CONTINENT AS WELL AS OTHER PLACES IN THE UNITED STATES. PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ARTISTS LOCAL TO COLORADO AND UNITED STATES. EXPLORE THE EVOLVING GENRE OF EAST-WEST FUSION MUSIC AND DANCE FORMS.

THE BROOMFIELD VETERANS MEMORIAL MUSEUM WAS ESTABLISHED TO HONOR ALL MEN AND WOMEN WHO HAVE SERVED IN THE ARMED FORCES OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND TO PRESERVE AND PERPETUATE THE MILITARY HISTORY OF OUR NATION FOR THE BENEFIT AND EDUCATION OF GENERATIONS TO COME.
