THESE SERVICES ARE DESIGNED TO ADDRESS OVERPOPULATION AND TO PREVENT CRUELTY TO ANIMALS BY PREVENTING THE BIRTH OF UNWANTED CATS AND KITTENS. IN 2001 WE BUILT A RURAL CAT SANCTUARY WHICH HOUSES 35 OR MORE UNADAPTABLE FERAL, PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED CATS.
