THE PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO PURCHASE AND MAINTAIN SUITABLE OFFICES FOR LOCAL 230, A TRAINING CENTER FOR IMPROVING THE SKILLS OF LOCAL 230 MEMBERS, AND ANY OTHER REAL PROPERTY THAT IS NEEDED BY LOCAL 230 TO FACILITATE ITS GOALS.
