MARIN HANDICAPPED HOUSING #5 ("THE CORPORATION"), IS A CALIFORNIA NONPROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION ORGANIZED IN 1985 TO DEVELOP, OWN AND OPERATE THREE GROUP HOMES WHICH CAN HOUSE A MAXIMUM OF 18 TENANTS IN NOVATO, CALIFORNIA, UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT.
