NYSA IS A NONPROFIT VOLUNTEER BASED YOUTH SPORTS ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO FOSTERING LEARNING AND LOVE OF THE GAME OF SOCCER.

TO PROVIDE NEEDY CHILDREN AND FAMILIES AROUND THE WORLD THROUGH EDUCATION, HEALTHCARE, NUTRITION, VOCATIONAL TRAINING, CHILD ABUSE AWARENESS, IN- SERVICE TEACHERS TRAINING PROGRAMS, AGRICULTURAL LIFE SKILLS, AND PROVIDING GIK AID TO REFUGEES.

FUNDS RAISED BY THE FOUNDATION ARE DISTRIBUTED TO THE NOVATO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (NUSD) TO SUPPORT PROGRAMS DEEMED MOST CRITICAL ON AN ANNUAL BASIS. THE FOUNDATION'S FYE 08/31/23 CONTRIBUTION TO NUSD WILL BE USED BY THE DISTRICT FOR THE 2023/2024 SCHOOL YEAR.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE A SOURCE OF NATIVE PLANTS AND EDUCATION TO THE PUBLIC AND TO ENGAGE IN ANY OTHER ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS INCIDENTAL TO, SUPPORTIVE OF, AND/OR IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL MISSION.
