WE SEEK TO ELEVATE OUR QUALITY OF LIFE BY CREATING A CONNECTED COMMUNITY, INCREASING SAFETY, RESTORING SERENITY, AND ADDRESSING ANY IMPEDIMENTS TO OUR RIGHT TO PEACEFUL ENJOYMENT OF OUR SURROUNDINGS.
