SOCAL ELITE SPORTS, INC. WAS FORMED IN 2007 FOR EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES SPECIFICALLY TO PROVIDE BASKETBALL CAMPS, CLINICS, TRAINING, SKILL DEVELOPMENT, AND COMPETITIVE TOURNAMENT ACTIVITIES FOR YOUNG BOYS AND GIRLS.
