RAINBOW RISING WAS ESTABLISHED IN 1989 FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF MEETING THE NEEDS OF SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN IN IRVINE. CA.

TO CREATE EXAMINATIONS THAT ARE FREE OF BIAS, VALID, RELIABLE, AND IN ACCORD WITH ACCEPTED PSYCHOMETRIC PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES OF PODIATRIC MEDICINE.

SANDPIPERS IS A 100% VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO SERVING THE NEEDS OF THE SOUTH BAY COMMUNITY THROUGH CHARITABLE AND PHILANTHROPIC PROGRAMS.

The goal of this organization is to provide philanthropy, voluntarism and grantmaking services where the major purpose is unclear enough that a more specific code cannot be accurately assigned.

PROVIDE BOOKS, PERIODICALS, RECORDINGS AND EQUIPMENT TO THE HERMOSA BEACH PUBLIC LIBRARY WHICH WOULD BE UNAVAILABLE OTHERWISE. ENCOURAGE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN LIBRARY ACTIVITIES BY PROVIDING FUNDING SUPPORT AND IN-KIND GIFTS FOR INCREASED PROGRAM OFFERINGS FOR ALL AGES, CHILDREN TO SENIOR CITIZENS.
