ADDITIONALLY, THE FACILITY OWNED BY THE ORGANIZATION IS MADE AVAILABLE TO OTHER GROUPS AND THE CITIZENS OF THE COMMUNITY AT BELOW MARKET RATES, FURTHER ENHANCING THE COMMUNITY WELFARE.
