IT IS ORGANIZED UNDER THE NONPROFIT PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION LAW FOR PUBLIC AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES.THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO PRESENT TO THE WORLD THE RICH MUSICAL HERITAGE OF THE ARMENIAN PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA, TO SUPPORT THE DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES OT THE ARMENIAN PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA, TO PROVIDE YOUTH MENTORSHIP AND TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS OF MUSICIANS, AND TO LAUNCH LONG-TERM PUBLIC RELATIONS AND FUNDRAISING CAMPAINGS TO FINANCE ALL OBJECTIVES ABOVE.
