THE FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO ACCEPT DONATIONS AND MANAGE FUND RAISING EVENTS TO BENEFIT LOCAL SCHOOLS, OTHER LOCAL PROJECTS FOR EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS, ROTACARE HEALTH PROJECTS, CIVIC PROJECTS, ROTARY DISTRICT PROJECTS AND ROTARY INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS.

THE FERAL CAT FOUNDATION'S PRIMARY MISSION IS TO HELP PEOPLE LIVE WITH THE FERAL AND FORGOTTEN CATS AND KITTENS IN THE COMMUNITIES OF ALAMEDA AND CONTRA COSTA COUNTIES OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.
