THE EXEMPT PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR QUALIFYING ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN THE COMMUNITY TO FURTHER THEIR NON PROFIT GOALS.

MISSION:

SANTA CRUZ APARTMENTS, INC. WAS ORGANIZED TO ACQUIRE, OWN AND OPERATE A 132 UNIT APARTMENT COMMUNITY IN TUCSON, ARIZONA, KNOWN AS SANTA CRUZ APARTMENTS. THE COMMUNITY WAS PURCHASED FROM THE RESOLUTION TRUST CORPORATION ON DECEMBER 17, 1993. THE COMMUNITY WAS ORIGINALLY FINANCED BY THE CORPORATION UNDER SECTION 207 PURSUANT TO SECTION 223(F) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED. ON JUNE 24, 2003, THE COMMUNITY WAS REFINANCED AND THE FHA MORTGAGE LOAN WAS PAID IN FULL.

MISSION:

AN ARETE PREPARATORY ACADEMY EDUCATION PREPARES STUDENTS TO BE MORE THAN JUST PROFICIENT TEST TAKERS, BUT RATHER, TO BECOME GREAT-HEARTED LEADERS CAPABLE OF SUCCESS THROUGHOUT THEIR HIGHER EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL CAREERS. WITH A CURRICULUM BUILT UPON A CLASSICAL LIBERAL ARTS TRADITION AND A REVOLUTIONARY APPROACH TO SCHOOL ITSELF, GREAT HEARTS CULTIVATES THE HEARTS AND MINDS OF STUDENTS IN THE PURSUIT OF TRUTH, GOODNESS, AND BEAUTY.
