MANAGING THE CRAB INDIVIDUAL FISHING QUOTA ISSUED TO THE INTER-COOPEXCHANGE, TAKING SUCH ACTION AS MAY BE NECESSARY TO PERMIT THE CRABALLOCATION TO BE HARVESTED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COOP MEMBERS INACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW, ENGAGING IN ANY BUSINESS.
