THE MISSION OF MEN OF MEN, INC. IS TO FACILITATE ACCESS FOR YOUNG MEN SUCH AS EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES. TO CREATE A BETTER UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN SELF AND DESIRED SELF IN ORDER TO EXPAND THE INSIGHT OF YOUNG MEN. TO OFFER A NEUTRAL SPACE TO ENCOURAGE OPEN DIALOG WHERE TRUST AND SUPPORT MAY BE PRACTICED. TO USE A PERSON-CENTERED APPROACH TO MENTOR CHANGE AND PROVIDE MODELING. TO TEACH YOUNG MEN TO BE RESPONSIVE, RESPONSIBLE, AND MATURE INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE ABLE TO MEET THEIR OWN NEEDS.
