OPERATING LIKE AN ORGANISM WITH CLEAR POLITICAL VIEWS WE USE DATA, BLACK PSYCHOLOGY, AND APPLIED METRICS TO DISMANTLE SOCIAL INEQUITIES. STUDYING HISTORY THROUGH THE LENSES OF MASLOW'S HIERARCHY AND HOLISTIC APPROACHES ALLOWS US TO CONTINUE TO BREAK DOWN SYSTEMIC BARRIERS, WHILE USING TRAUMA INFORMED PRACTICES TO BRING AWARENESS TO CULTURAL INDIFFERENCES IN A HUMAN CENTRIC MANNER.
