BARRIERS MAY INCLUDE HOMELESSNESS, INCARCERATION, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND/OR ADDICTION, AND PSYCHOPATHOLOGY. ASSIST VETERANS CURRENTLY EXPERIENCEING HOMELESSNESS INTO PERMANENT HOUSING.
