TO ADVOCATE FOR POLICIES THAT EMPOWER AND COMPENSATE CUSTOMERS TO MANAGE THEIR ENERGY USAGE TO MAKE THE ELECTRIC GRID MORE EFFICIENT, MORE RELIABLE, MORE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY, AND LESS EXPENSIVE.
