TO TEACH THE GAME OF WATER POLO TO AGE GROUPS AND YOUTH ATHLETES IN ORGANIZED TEAMS TO PLAY BOTH DEVELOPMENTAL (OR RECREATIONAL) AND ADVANCED (OR COMPETITIVE) WATER POLO. TO ORGANIZE TEAMS, CONDUCT INSTRUCTIONS IN COACHING AND GOVERN THE POLICIES APPLYING TO ALL MEMBERS.
