THE TIMELY DELIVERY OF THESE SERVICES ENABLES THE ETFC TO MAKE SIGNIFICANT CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE PROTECTION OF OUR SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES AND HOMELAND SECURITY EFFORTS.
