TO DEVELOP, EVALUATE AND DISSEMINATE INSTRUCTIONAL PROGRAMS. 3. TO SERVE ALL SCHOOLS AND STUDENTS OF THE STATE THROUGH SCHOLARSHIPS, GRANTS, RESEARCH, OUTREACH ACTIVITIES AND TEACHER TRAINING.
