NO ANIMAL WILL BE RELEASED UNALTERED AND EUTHANIZATION IS ONLY CONSIDERED AS A LAST OPTION FOR TERMINALLY ILL OR DANGEROUS ANIMALS. IT IS OUR HOPE TO ESTABLISH PROTOCOLS, PROCEDURES AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS FOR OUR COMMUNITY, WORKING TOWARDS POSITIVE SOLUTIONS TO THE TRAGIC PROBLEM OF ANIMAL NEGLET AND ABUSE.
