TOLEDO DISTRICT NURSE ASSOCIATION (TDNA) WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE SKILLED NURSING CARE, MEDICAL SOCIAL SERVICES AND PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL AND SPEECH THERAPIES TO PATIENTS IN THE PRIVACY AND COMFORT OF THEIR OWN HOMES. TDNA SERVES PRIMARILY LUCAS AND WOOD COUNTIES IN OHIO. SKILLED NURSING IS PROVIDED UNDER THE DIRECTION OF A PHYSICIAN AND INCLUDES HOME NURSING, THERAPIES AND THE FOLLOWING SPECIALTY PROGRAMS: WOUND CARE, OSTOMY CARE, RESTORATIVE CARE, DISEASE MANAGEMENT, AND MATERNAL AND CHILD HEALTH.

The goal of this organization is to inform the public of health and safety hazards and measures for furthering the early detection, treatment or rehabilitation of people who have an illness, injury or disability.

UHHS/CSAHS-CUYAHOGA, INC (CUYAHOGA) IS AN ORGANIZATION JOINTLY OWNED BY THE SISTERS OF CHARITY OF ST. AUGUSTINE HEALTH SYSTEM, INC. AND UNIVERSITY HOSPITALS HEALTH SYSTEM, INC.
